The 2019 Photographic Encounters in Chania

The 2019 Photographic Encounters will take place in Chania, Crete during the first weekend of May, Friday 3^rd-Sunday 5^th. The academic Conference on the History of Greek Photography will be held at the Eleftherios Venizelos Research Foundation, Elena Venizelou Square, Chalepa, Chania on the 3^rd and 4^th, starting at 11.00 am on both days; lectures will be in Greek only. The exhibition program, running in parallel, will be published shortly. Attendance at all events is free of charge, and participation in discussions during the conference is open to all interested parties.
